INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Thamon London customers live all across the globe, so we ship to anywhere. For individual shipping prices, please go to the checkout page in your product basket. For some countries, however, as well as for P.O. Boxes in the U.S. and Canada, please be advised, the service will not be trackable.

We usually dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. Delivery times vary based on selected service and destination. Regular post ranges from 5  to 15 working days depending on the shipping address.

 

RETURNS POLICY

It's OK to change your mind. You can return your items for a full refund in the UK and items' price refund elsewhere without contacting us, provided:

  • The items must be posted or returned back to us within 14 days of delivery or purchase at the shop
  • The items must be unused and unwashed
  • The items must be returned at the customer’s expense and, in case of postage, with a trackable reference
  • The purchase invoice must be included in the package
  • The Reason For Return note must be included in the package

Although we try to quality control all our products, we work with a very novelty material. In case of any product faults, You can return your items for a full refund from anywhere around the world, provided:

  • You supply the evidence of fault by contacting us
  • The Items must be returned within 90 days of delivery or purchase at the shop
  • The items must be reasonably used and unwashed
  • The items must be returned at the customer’s expense and, in case of postage, with a trackable reference
  • The purchase invoice must be included in the package
  • The Reason For Return note must be included in the package

You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy.

If you've made an error in purchasing, don't hesitate to ask our team for advice. We can cancel your order before it's dispatched. The earlier we catch things, the more chance we have of reducing unnecessary shipping, which is also kinder to the environment.
