RETURNS POLICY

It's OK to change your mind. You can return your items for a full refund in the UK and items' price refund elsewhere without contacting us, provided:

  • The items must be posted or returned back to us within 14 days of delivery or purchase at the shop
  • The items must be unused and unwashed
  • The items must be returned at the customer’s expense with a trackable reference
  • The purchase invoice or order confirmation must be included in the package
  • The reason for return must be written and included in the package

Although we try to quality control all our products, we work with a very novelty material. In case of any product faults, You can return your items for a full refund from anywhere around the world, provided:

  • You supply the evidence of fault by contacting us
  • The Items must be returned within 90 days of delivery or purchase at the shop
  • The items must be reasonably used and unwashed
  • The items must be returned at the customer’s expense with a trackable reference
  • The purchase invoice or order confirmation must be included in the package
  • The reason for return must be written and included in the package

You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy.
